These Payment Terms and Conditions outline the guidelines and expectations for all financial transactions made to Kingdom Knowledge Network (referred to as “we”, “our”, or “us”). By enrolling in any of our programs, purchasing our services, or making any payment, you agree to the terms stated below.
1. Payment Methods
We accept payments through the following methods:
- Direct Bank Transfer
- Online Payment Gateways (details will be provided at checkout)
- Mobile Transfers
- Debit/Credit Cards (where applicable)
- WhatsApp-assisted payment processing (upon request)
All payments must be made in Naira (₦) or as otherwise agreed.
2. Upfront Payment Requirement
Full payment is required before access is granted to:
- Online training sessions
- Digital products (courses, eBooks, templates, etc.)
- One-on-One coaching
- Web development or design projects
In some cases, partial payment or installment plans may be allowed for specific services. This will be clearly communicated and agreed upon in writing.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services (digital and knowledge-based), payments are generally non-refundable once access to materials, classes, or services has been granted.
However, if a refund is requested before any service has been rendered or before training has begun, such requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
4. Missed Classes or Sessions
For live or private coaching:
- Missed classes without prior notice will not be refunded.
- Rescheduling may be permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice.
5. Payment Confirmation
After payment, please send your proof of payment (screenshot or transaction ID) via WhatsApp to +234 816 626 9669 or via email info@kingdomknowledgenetwork.com. Access will only be granted after confirmation.
6. Failure to Complete Payment
If you’re on an agreed payment plan and fail to complete it, we reserve the right to:
- Withhold access to ongoing or future services
- Suspend or terminate your membership/certificate issuance
- Take further action where necessary
7. Updates to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these payment terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.
